1st. Just wanna say wassup to everyone... its been a longtime. Been very busy... with whats goin on in the World.

My question/Advice request is: I just installed a 6 puck,CM. I have done all that 60-100 pumps on the clutch to my understanding is a sealed QD circut, Fluids are topped off, and it engages and disengages nicely... But, it feels a whole lost softer thanwhen i had the factory. i installed 4 puck in my friends SRT and i feels real stiff. Where did i got wrong?

My next Big Topic!!! is that my oil LIGHT is illuminated... WTF? i know i didnt hit the sensor and the oil tank levels are fine....
Appretiate any input!!!

Thnx

Oh, Im back in the states to all the old Peeps who i use to holla

Heya... I wouldn't know what your prob is but welcome back. Maybe they sent you the wrong clutch? Other than that I wouldn't know. I would think that your friend, unless his clutch was new, broke his clutch in and you probably need to do the same. I've never installed one on my car but I have seen a couple get installed b4.

Whatup! I may have the oil light answer for ya, but then again maybe not. Have you changed the oil recently? I put Amsoil in mine once and the oil light kept coming on. I changed it back to Mobil and haven't seen the light since. Not sure if my engine is just picky or what. What code is it throwing?

RE: Installed new clutch... have a question
the 4 puck is a much more aggressive clutch than the 6 and feels it. i've had both, and the 6 does give a lighter than stock feel, especially compared to the 4. that's normal. just be sure to break it in properly so you don't glaze it.

as for the oil light thing, it's probably the oil pressure switch that went bad. it happens. you can get a new one at any parts store, they're cheap.

welcome back!
