Default E Brake Issue

Anyone else have an issues with their E-Brake? Every once in awhile ill go to pull mine and it will sort of pop then pull up fine. Not sure why.

Yeah mine was hitting the center console housing. I haven't bothered fixing it. I don't think it's a big issue.

nope- mine does it too. no negative effects though, so i didn't bother w/ it. don't even notice it anymore.

I haven't really noticed it much at all on my SRT-4, but my '99 R/T had a common issue of it popping and pulling up with no tension. When I return it to it's lowered position and then pull up again it would grab and function properly. It didn't happen alot, but it did happen now and again with no actual problems within my 3 1/2 years of ownership.

yeah this one catchs every time, its just like it was getting stuck on something as you pulled it up.

Don't know why it does it, but it seems to be fairly harmless.....I hope.
