help boost leak?
i have a ? psi and dont get mad cause i am still learning. i thought you only had to cut the heat sheld for the wga when its on the stock turbo!! i had to do that when i got a agp wga cause the wg is right on the turbo! my 50trims wg is all the way on the pass side of the turbo!
scratch that last one, changed plugs and wires nothing, soI am still thinking its a boost leak some freakin where, i need your help guys/girls since the shops around here dont know much about srts and cant figure out whats the problem

have you tried making a boostleak finder? (plug up the system and pressurize it, listening/feeling/monitoring for leaks). sorry, but im too lazy to read the first page again. but where does your boost gauge rest when the car is off and where at when idling?
still hvent found that boost leak yet i think its the hot side piping where connects with the intercooler, is it only mine or that pipe that connects to the ic hot side its not round more like oval?[/align]

take yourhose off the waste gate actuator, mark your rod where it goes in diaphram, get a hand held vacume pump with a gauge hook it up where you took line off on actuator, take up to 10psi or so, and see if it loses vacume, look to see if rod moved off your mark also.this should work but don't quote me.
another thing it could be which you already have set is the crack pressure on waste actuator, I don't know if your boost controller has this setting, mine wouldn't let me get the boost I targeted for until I set it up to 12pds then it boosted passed my target so I back off 1pd. to get 15psi holding.
To change the subject, on the blow off valve mine was leaking. got a ballon and attached it where pressure blows out. reved motor up and down, ballon started expanding under vacume. I think that i have bad b.o.v.
