Default First Truck and Lovin It!

Good Evening everyone,

Just wanted to drop a line and say hi. I live in Wichita, KS and am a proud owner of a 1500 Ram 4X4 Hemi! It is my first V8 engine and I am really loving the power and my exhaust.

I am having the truck leveled here soon with the daystar leveling kit. I am mostly a DIY'er but when it comes to stuff that involves possible bodily damage I leave it to the professionals.

I just bought a home and just got done sodding the yard this weekend so I am sore.

This forum looks like it has the most activity of any dodge forums I have been on and hope to learn more and more about my truck everyday.

Thanks!

Hey I just purchased my first ram a month ago and i am putting the same leveling kit on it. I was wondering if you have heard the rumor that you can use a gear puller rather than the torsion key leveling tool to remove the keys?

Thanks everyone I really like the truck because when I want to the cabin is very squeak and noise free. I really like how rigid it feels and quality made. I will have some pictures soon. Its a little dirty from me driving in fields and etc the last couple of days working on my house.

As far as the leveling kit, I am not too sure, I am having my mechanic do it because I have heard of a couple people getting injured not properly removing the torsion bars.
