Anyone know why i cant start another thread?

 

Go to the bottom right of the page and click on'go' next to the 'forum jump' pull down window. This will put you in the 'new members' section and on the top left should be abox that will be labeled 'new thread'. If you have a question about your vehicle, you should post a question in the Ram sections that you can navigate with the 'forum jump',

I went to off topic and hit the new thread and it said i didnt have permission

 

It wasnt working yesterday but its working now.
