Well I'm Josh and I'm stationed in Las Vegas. I'm from Alabama and have had my Dodge truck for a little over 6 yrs. My friend said this site was a great place to ask advice and get tips on problems you might have. So yeah, that's the story. I need some expert DODGE advice on my 2001 Dodge Ram 1500. Yeah I'm out at Nellis. I'm with Rescue as a helicopter crew chief. I was wandering if anyone has heard of any recalls on 2001 Dodge Ram 1500 4x4's for the transmission? I heard from a friend there was but I never heard anything about it except that pretty much all those trucks have had problems with front main seals, rear main seals, and the transmissions. I've been hearing that for the last 3-4 yrs. You know anything of it? Oh yeah, it's the Off-Road with the 5.9 L. Thanks for any info ya'll can give me.

whats up im kinda new to the forums...i joined in june but havent been able to get onl;ine lately. if any one has a suggestion on performance mods for an 02 dakota let me know. im in teh procces of building the sickest dakota to ever hit the streets. i'll post some pics when i can get the time.
