Just wanted to say hello and how much I appreciate all the help you can find on this site. Here's my Dodge history. When I turned 16 -- 1983 Brown Dodge MiniRam van, then 1993 Dakota (college years), 1999 Ram 1500 4x4 (I loved this truck to death, stupid for trading it), 2006 Charger SXT, 3.5, Flowmaster 50, with R/T trim (good looking car, but somewhat disappointed with workmanship, but what should I expect in the first model year) and now ......... 2003 Dakota CC SLT 4.7 (traded the Charger in on this) My family has been Dodge die hard all my life. Nothing but Dodges in our garage. And that won't ever change.

You may wonder why I only had the Charger for less than a year. It was a fun car. But I am truck guy. I did put 20,000 miles on the car in 9 months, so I got some use out of it. But driving it in the snow a couple of weeks ago got my 4x4 blood going again. I got what I think was a good deal on the dakota and it's a really sharp truck. I am looking forward to putting my 100,000 miles on it now.

Again, it's so great to have so many like minded folk out there and willing to help each other out. I just think that's the way dodge owners are!!
