Near the top of this section is a "sticky" that outlines how to post pics, avatars, etc. One thing to remember, after you upload an avator orprofile photo,click "apply" first and after thatthen click "OK"

No, # of posts don't matter......after you click onyour name, click on "My profile" near the top of the page in red letters
