Hey everyone. newbie here. Don't know what to say, so i'll just ramble. Been a dodge lover all my life, and i refuse to own anything except a dodge. Right now i own a 97 stratus 2.4L DOHCthat i'm working on making faster (cause faster is always better)Last monthi rebuilt the engine and had the head ported (intake and exhaust) it's got a pacesetter header, crane #012 cams, the crank's been turned and balanced. eaton lifter lasher adjusters, the new style timing belt tensioner (so the pistons and valves don't become to acquainted) crane two stage valve springs, bosch premium wires, bosch platinum 4 plugs, i can't remember who madethe new pistons and rings.The tranny's been rebuilt with high heat clutch plates, and the technition was kind enough to tighten the clutch plates on 2nd and 4th gear cause i was burning those up in the city and on the highway (back roads are another story). I haven't done much else to it yet, inside i have a jenson 45w cd/tape deck (don't laugh i was broke when i bought it), rockford 1500w amp, and 2 rockford 500w 12" subs. Outside all i have is excel maxx 17" rims so far. I still have alot of engine work i want to do before i go into the rest of it. Which reminds me, does anyone know where i can get a new PCM that is programable for mods.

hello all. im a newb as you can see i just sealed a deal on a 97 slt for 9500. not bad they wanted 12000. i just got married so the jeep wouldnt be a big enough rig for my new family. looking forward to diving in and seeing what all i can do to the new one . good to be here .
