Default Transmission Anti-drainback Valve

Does anyone know of a direct bolt in part made to replace this valve when removing it?

Welcome Aboard mopareg! You probably would get a quicker response if you let us know what type of ride (i.e., RAM, Caravan, Neon, etc.) you are talking about.

Default Transmission Anti-drainback Valve

Sorry, I have a 2000 Ram Quad Cab 4x4 w/Off-road Pkg. I want to pull this Valve before it causes any problems, but would like a direct bolt in replacement part.

Stay tuned mopareg - a Technician (or member) will jump in shortly to provide a possible solution. In the meantime, don't forget to browse Sub-Forums: Ram for stuff related to your ride.

Welcome to DF
That drain back valve is there for a reason. I would just replace the drain back valve and steel line. Thats because the only way you can replace the valve is by replacing the line too.

Thanks, but believe I will replace it before I end up with an $1800 rebuild fee!

I believe you will need to check with a older post in the 2nd Gen Ram section. That was about two years ago?
