Hello to all! I have a 2001 Durango R/T which has 93,000 on the ticker. I am wanting to start modding a little bit at a time and was looking for a forum with some info as to where to start. I have had the regular type problems with the tranny( rebuilt at 84,000) due to factory defect( It would not shift before it reached the rev limiter) which was definitely a problem from the factory even thought the dealer said it was "NORMAL" yeah--OK. The engine still runs strong( no sludge as of yet). So that is just the basics for me and I am looking forward to posting and getting info.

Sorry, I have not posted any pics as of yet. My daughter had surgery and I have not had a chance to take any! I will take some by mid-next week

Welcome to Dodge Forum. What engine do you have in that Durango? Might want to consider freshening the engine before modding it with that much mileage on it. Just a suggestion.

 

Thanks Guys. ViperGTS-she was born with spina bifida(a search will pull up alot of info). She had to have a spinal fusion which consist of installing rods in her back to correct her scoliosis-normal scoliosis is probably 0-5*, hers was at 68*. We just got back home yesterday, her surgery was last Tues. She is doing fine and walking a little more as of yesterday. Thanks MoparTodd, I am still contemplating selling the thing due to costly gas prices!!! Thanks DakotaSport1Pa. I tried to post pics of the durango and a few of my daughter but it says the file is too large
