97 Dodge Ram 171 error code

I have a 1997 Dodge Ram 1500 with a 5.9 that is runnign rough, no power at all. Has a 171 error code. I have checked for vacume leaks and any lose connections.. Could it be the O2 sensor reading wrong. Any help or sugestions??

The P0171 code is the fuel system running lean, Should it could be an o2 sensor.
