2003 Durango 4X4, 4.7, 5-45 Trans, Garnet Red, 53,000 miles
Hello Gentleman,
I'm new to this forum and can't say enough about the wealth of information available here! I peruse the site often to get ideas and information about maintenance and upgrades. The only upgrade thus far is a Magnaflow muffler, Brakes as well as some routine fluid replacement! Can't say I've gained much except the sound.
I use the D as a daily driver and to pull a 18' Sea Ray on the weekends.
Below are some mods I've read about. Looking to improve low end torque for towing through the hills in Western PA. Comments welcome.
CAI - Not much gain I expect
2008 Intake / throttle body - Airram
HO Cams - Airram - Availability?
Magnaflow Y-Pipe upgrade
Magnaflow CAT
4.10 - 4.56 gears - expensive venture
SCT or Superchips programmer
Jeep TCM upgrade
I uploaded pics when I registered. Hoping you can see them? If not, let me know how I go about doing that.
