Default LOUD Rubbing noise from Front Driverside

97 Dodge Ram 1500 5.2 V8 4x4 SLT Laramine

So i have had this loud rubbing noise coming from my front left and sometimes right wheel well. I had replaced both hubs and u-joints. I checked my pumpkin and it was bone dry. So i filled it with gear oil. That was 5 days ago. Still hearing noise. It happens when i hit a good divit in the road. It goes away when i apply breaks and almost come to a stop. the noise started happening around 2 weeks after i got a new cad and o2 sensor installed. What the hell else could this be?

Have you posted in the 2nd Gen Ram section? I going to guess that the problem goes away when applying the brakes. That would be a starting point for me. Maybe front axle/hub bearing or brake caliper. But without hearing the noise first hand, so i'm just guessing.
