Default Advice on timing belt for 2004 Dodge Stratus R/T 3.0L 2-door coupe

I own a '04 Dodge Stratus R/T 3.0L coupe with 117,000 miles on it. I was wondering when to change the timing belt, estimated cost to change it, and what other service I may need to do at this mileage. I had an engine tune-up and transmission flush at 95,000 miles. The car does idle loudly (rattling noise) for a few minutes when I first start it on a cold morning. Any help will be very much appreciated, thank you.

Welcome to DF
The timing belt should be replaced at 100k and you would need to check with a chiton book to find the labor times. Then find out the shops labor rate. The rattle sound maybe the same noise the 1st Gen Avenger make, which was the A/C clutch.
