The flood water came up to the armrest inside the truck..when I drained oil plugg water came out for five mins then oil came out..I learned everything inside the motor is cast iron except pistons..I'm thinkn ur rite about the pcm,I think due to it being wett it poped those fuses that I found busted..and it fizzeled out when the battery terminals touched the battery

Good luck with it. Hope you didn't pay too much. This could turn out to be a very expensive lesson if you did. If it got to the arm rest, no doubt the engine was under water, and all the electronics. The engine is probably seized up as well since you can't turn it. Maybe you should head over to the 2nd gen Ram section and ask questions there. Lots more knowledgeable folks than me. Personally I'd never buy a flood vehicle.

Follow the power. See where you are getting it, and find out where it disappears. Chances are good, that there are some blown fuses in the power distribution center under the hood.

That deep of water really isn't good for vehicles.......
