hey all, pinehillian here, chillin in s.j. just got our first dodge ever. 2000 quad cab 3.9, orange copper, bad looking truck. been ford guy 30trys, still got my 79 4xford- 62 willeys restored 90%. need some minor mech. repairs on the new dodge but no nothing about it, been reading some , decided to join. hope i can share some imput allso, thanx in advance! fixin to throw some groceries down my neck, check back soon

That's awesome pine. I just got my first truck ever about a month ago. 2000 Dodge 1500 Quad 5.2L V8. Any pics by chance? And any questions you have, make sure you post them in the 2nd gen ram section. Lots of knowledgeable folks on here.

 

morning all,i want to put up some pics. but never did it. I have digital camera with usb wire. any help. 2nd ? is my 2000 is a Dakota sport quad cab,thats what forum I went into. couple suggest I go to ram section, wise that? thanx again, getting tired of

 

Probably have the same driveline as the Ram..... But, Dakota section will be more specific for you.

Seems like 90% of new members have 2nd gen Rams. Without specifically telling us it's a Dakota, we automatically default to a Ram.
