VIN - only 11 numbers
I try to find a way to get some informations about the ´51 dodge 1/2 ton pickup like 1. what model is it? 2. is it really a 1951 model? 3. which engine? 4. original colour because now it is yellow 5. is it also possible to get the former owners?

Try running your vin thru this. See what kind of information it comes up with.
Should be an 'option sticker' on it somewhere. (engine compartment?) Metal plate with various codes stamped into it, that should tell you how it came originally. (including color.)
For previous owners, that's gonna be problematic. Here in the states, the Department of Motor vehicles can access that information, however, they cannot give it out to just anyone........ Wonder if a vehicle history report would have any of that? Though I don't even know if that will work on a truck as old as yours.

Well, apparently, VINs weren't even required until 1954, so what you probably have is just a manufacturers ID number, or serial number..... They weren't even standardized until 1981..... which strikes me as kinda strange..... (info from DMV.org) You could try the decoder on their site, but, I wouldn't hold my breath.....
