Hi All!
Newish member here...been lurking since August and thought I should say hello
I am the proud owner of my first Dodge product, 2nd owner of a 2001 Durango SLT 4x4 w/4.7L engine and the 45RFE transmission (I blame it on my dad for getting a 2006 Ram 3500 4x4 Mega Cab with the turbo diesel and auto trans, instant truck envy and lust lol). Got it for a steal of a price ($1300 due to high highway miles and a cracked front windshield)...and am working out the bugs on it...Unfortunately the first big bug was the tranny lol...considering the vehicle had 230k on it I found a used one in a wrecking yard that had 87k on it...took my chances and so far knock wood its great! Now just to figure out the overheating issue I am having...Love the forums, been very informative so far
