From what I can figure out, it's a 2017 model, made in Italy...... So, likely a Fiat something or other, with Ram badging on it.

Does it have an owners manual? May find how to open the hood in there.

It looks like a Fiat pickup with Ram badging. Cars and trucks have all sorts of release mechanisms for the hood. You may have a tab rather than a lever. On the other hand, it may be old school and have a lever in the grill. That will generally be around the grill emblem. Look for something that moves sideways.

I had a thought. (Really!) What is the model number? That would be on the registration. Then do a web search for something simple like Ram model # such and such. Opening hood.
