I'm a newbie!!!
I am a newbie to the forum, but not to Dodge. I own two Dodge products both with Hemi's in them, a 2004 Durango and a 2004 Ram 1500. I remember when I came home from work with my new 1500, my wife told me that it looked like a pop pop truck, quiet running, small tires and sloped down in the front. The next day I came home with the truck and it had Magna Flow dual exhaust, Mickey Thompson 33" tires, K&N cold air intake and a superchip under the hood. I put two inch blocks in the back for a lift and cranked up the tortion bars for the front. No pop pop truck anymore! Since then I have added an airbag kit and compressor to the rear for a little more lift when hauling stuff.
Here's a pic I took this morning, the truck is quite dirty especially the wheels from the weather we've had. Yesterday I took the Mickey Thompson Baja's off and replaced them with a set of BF 315/70/17 AT. I get a much better ride now and I think these are 35" up from the 33" I had.
