Default the ALL NEW monte?

So, correct me if i'm wrong, right... but, when a car is redone, that model stays for about 6 years... Which means, yeah, CARLO has a new grin, but technically he'll be 12 years old by the time we're done lookin at his boring ***! I'm disappointed. But it looks just like the Impala...
Familiar, huh?

But the interior is new. BORING. But new...

The Monte Carlo is a JOKE! Ever since they switched it to a FWD car its horrible. The looks are fugly.

I wouldnt even buy a Monte Carlo. I mean, it has a V8 but its still a horrible car.

It does look just like the Impala. It always has. FWD v8's make NO sense.

One of the fastest FWD cars was a V8 Cadillac, and a very good car.

You are absolutely right though, it makes no sense, not to mention it looks like the Impala and Malibu.

The lines have a weird flow to them. Just a taste thing but I wouldn't buy one. Then again though, I am a little biased!

Oh now... GM has been using the v8 front wheel drive configuration for well over 30 years now. Every Buick Riviera, Caddy Eldorado and Olds Toronado from the 70's - 80's were all this way. At least they should have been able to perfect this setup by now. Besdies GM cannot afford to totally retool and change every model they have simply because they just dont have the finacial resources anymore. Maybe once they start making some profit then they can do something more than just facelift various models. Just keep your fingers crossed that Chrysler manages their money better and stays afloat well enough to keep producing trend setting new designs.

When I worked at Enterprise Rent-A-Wreck we had a 05 model at it was actually really fun to drive. It had ok handling but all in all it isn't a bad car for the money.
