Toyota is going to have everyone by the balls

Toyota is going to have everyone by the *****
Anyone read in the latest Car & Driver that Toyota plans to release a new compact car for, "well under $13,000"? They had a picture of a red one and a blue one. I forget what it was called, but the car version didn't look that bad and it got something like 35-40 miles per gallon. With the Xa, Xb, Tc and this upcoming car, I think they're really going to dominate the auto industy with all these cheap reliable cars.

Toyota=Pick any TWO.............Cheap.......Reliable.......Fun To Drive.
Yeah, they'll probably sell to the same crowd that would buy a Saturn, a Hyundai, or a Kia. I really doubt they will put much of a dent in DCX's bottom line. Dodge/Chrysler now has the image of performance.....a lot of people put that as their #1 reason to buy a particular vehicle.......I know I did!!!!!

why are you assuming it will be reliable? did consumer reports tell you that? scion don't sell worth **** anywhere i have ever been. i think Ive seen 1 since it was released in all of metro Detroit. that includes trips to Florida and Ohio, where i don't see then either. this doesn't effect DCX what so ever.

You must not have looked very hard here in Florida, they're all over the place. Granted there are far more Camrys Corollas and Rav-4's, but they're here. I probably see 10 tC's a day and 4 or 5 xB's. The xA doesn't sell so well.
