I'm certain I will run something in the 15s come wednesday if I don't get rained out. Got my mounts in, it seems like more horsies are hitting the ground now. It pulls so much better. I never got a chance to wind it up a little and let her rip since the roads are wet...but its pullin stronger than normal. Even people ridin in my car could tell and they don't drive it daily like me.

 

Depending on how close you are to the 15's and how bad you want to get there, you could close up all the grill openings with duct tape to prevent air from entering the engine bay and underside of the car. With as smooth as the newer Neon front ends are, closing off the openings would help quite a bit.[sm=smiley20.gif]

Its aight...I got this. I missed getting into the 15s by less than a tenth of a second last time...I should be able to launch harder, shift harder, it seems to pull harder. I think I can find at least a tenth of a second in the car without doing anything to it.

the best my RT ahs run is 16.11. i may get another shot at it this eyar, but the track is only open for 2 more weeks, and coaching is keeping me hella busy. keep us posted
