i tend to feel like i wanna drive fast when i drive my neon....sumthing about the car...thats why i will be happy when i sell it and start driving my grand prix..not a race car by any means...though it is fast

 

Fast is fun, but you gotta be careful and not be so aggressive.

 

thats true...i think everyone has a little speedy side in them.you just have to have self control.my buddy has an 02 jetta and he took it up to 134 on the hyway and i think thats fine but just watch your ***.you really need to have equal confidence as your ride.

 

I'm lucky enough to have 2 tracks here at Odessa. 1/8 and 1/4 both. Penwell is currently closed for repaving. For twenty bucks you can go to test n tune and make all the passes you want. I've been known to stand on it a little around town,but usually just a 1st gear punch. As far as runnin' ***** out oncrowded streets,no. Backroads maybe, if it's late at night, 2-3 am.The desert is pretty empty at that time of morning. It's the unpredictables that will bite you on the ***.

Never street raced in my life, if I was going to though I would definitely be somewhere where only I would be the one to pay if something bad happened. Stupid is when people are on the interstate racing through traffic, you never know what can happen and you should never put anyone else at risk.

 

Lol just think about it you got ladies like this and grandmas who pull out in front of you when your only going like 40 all the time (well at least in my city they do 24/7 cuz they are terrible drivers) because they either dont see you and dont judge how fast your going, a common mistake girl drivers do all the time for some reason, imagine you doing 90+ or whateverwhen they really wouldnt see you/judge your speed its really not worth it. I dont ever hardly race to begin with. 1. i cant afford a ticket if i got one. 2. its too dangerous for me and other people around. and 3. it drains my damn gas wayyyyyyyyyy to quick lol another of which i cant afford to be filling up 2 times a week cuz i already fill up once every week. but every once in a while i will just for a little adrenaline rush and usually only after 12 am when hardly anyone is on the road. Its just a part of taking responsibility and making mature decisions as opposed to these high school kids who just got a brand new mustang or whatever from daddy and race or just punch it every chance they get.

 

First of all it's done and over with and he's trying to say he was lucky and has learned his lesson. Everyone does something stupid in their lifetime and gets a lucky second chance and so should he. So get off his case, he has enough to worry about at the moment without people like you coming on here and making rude remarks.
