Well I'm coming home on the highway....and yeah, I see this red mustang getting on. Okay, I'm just chillin, cruisin along at about 80ish. I'm watching in my mirrors and I see the mustang just hanging about a car or so back in the lane next to me. Then he pulls up along side me and we are side by side. And he's just sitting there.....so I look over and he is like staring over at me, just ooogling over my guages I think. In the meantime I took a glance at his ride to see what it was....yup, just a late 90s GT. Didn't even look modded. Well traffic was getting heavy so i stepped on it, just to see if he was going to follow me. Sure enough....here he comes right with me. LOL. Except I had more room so I boxed him in...LMAO. We never really "raced", I just more or less messed around with it. I just thought it was funny that he sat there along side me checkin my car out...HAHA. Had there been less traffic maybe I would of showed him my tail lights.

 

I hate to say it but I think he would have won.

 

if it was an automatic, they have AWFUL 50+ times..there was a comparison in a C&D when my RT came out, and the auto 6 cyl stratus turned in a better 50-80 time then did the V8 auto stang...so with daves neon being a stick, and if the stang was an auto, he would have stood a chance...

 

I don't care if I had lost. I'll run pretty much anything that starts anything with me. I don't know if it was a manual or stick...but it was definitely a GT. I think I could of gave it a pretty damn good run from that speed....

 

I would run anything too. I just never knew that the GT's times were that bad, I just assumed. We all know the saying that goes with that. I should have known better than to think that Ford could do anything right!!!!!!!!!!!

 

That's right. I feel the same way. I won't mess with some V8 chevelle with a blower 6ft. tall but if he messes with me (which would probably never happen unless it was some punk kid) I would have to at least try

 

Not all Mustangs are fast....I knew that the one that was messin with me was one of the slower ones. So unless he was bottled or had mods I couldn't see, I probably would of been right with him.

 

I just have to say I think nitrus is cheating anyways

 

there is no cheating..it doesnt matter what makes you cross the line first.....

 

regardless...MUSTANG OWNERS ARE ALL LOSERS....so even when they cross the line first...theyre still just ricers with V8s...
