HEMI vs Jaguar
I was out in my HEMI less then an hour ago and I raced a Jaguar. I don't know much about them but my friend thinks it's an XJ8, it did say V12 on the back on the left. It almost looked like the car from Speed. I raced him off the line and took him by a car length, we slowed at 65mph so we didn't go real far. Then he raced me from 45mph and I managed to keep up with him for a little bit, but then he pulled away and smoked me. I also have 360lbs of sandbags in my bed. I am proud of my truck for keeping up with it.

RE: HEMI vs Jaguar
Excellent!! We shouldn't hijack this thread though... chat on 71RoadRunner's new SRT-4 should be here:

Did you guys set up and go... or was it racing from a light or something? Nonetheless, racing if fun so... GREAT JOB!!

RE: HEMI vs Jaguar
I don't know much about Jaguars, I know it wasn't an XK8 though. It looked like the car in speed that Keanu knocked the door off of.
I pulled up to him while we were driving and we kind of hinted to each other that we wanted to race, we just screwed around for a few miles because we couldn't find a red light. We finally hit the red light and I motioned to him that I wanted to race and he gave me a thumbs up so we went on the green. After that he gave me a thumbs up for winning and then he asked if I wanted to go from 45 so I said yes. My friend held his hand out the window and threw it down for us to go. The guy was in his forties too it was kind of funny, nice guy though, most racers talk trash and stuff.
