Ok, so you like the Ram and the Titan, why defend the Titan on a Dodge forum where you know folks are going to give you flak?

 

Just because one is on a Dodge forum doesn't mean they like only Dodges. All people have opinions, and I'm sure you'd back up Mopar if you were on another vehicle forum such as Toyota forum, even though there's people yapping about the Tundra owning the Ram. So there's people disagreeing with you. Doesn't make it right or wrong, judging it's mostly personal opinions, which I'm willing to back up...

Of course it's your opinion and a few may share it but, I mean, you know what's coming.
Do you just want to state that you are boldly stating your opinion for the sake of being able to?
You can argue the merits of the titan but really, it's not earth shattering news so what's the point? Are you bored or do you need attention?
But hey, fly in the face of the status quo, be a rebel, show the establishment that they can't control you or what you think.
Please, it's not that big of a deal, it's just a Dodge forum and someone trashing a Titan.

For what its worth I have nothing against the Titan either. To be honest the only one I've pulled up beside whipped me and this is something no stock ford or chevy has done.

I visited the Nissan dealership for a test drive just to see if the show room models were truly as fast as the one I raced, and they were.

The headroom and interior cab was a bit more roomy than our trucks with a high quality fit and finish. There radios suck and the material on there seats seemed cheap and slick.

Dont screw around with the Titans with the huge *** mirrors, they have the lower gear ratios. Im told there only a 3.36 or something close, but with the super low 1st gear on there 5 speed transmissions this multiplies to close to a 4:11.

If I was to buy a different brand truck other than the Dodge it would be a Titan, theres nothing else being produced thats competition for either of these trucks.

 

PS: Its not the Titan I dislike, but the Stuppards on the Titan forum that irritate me. I understand the joy of applauding brand loyalty, but to do so about road rage is ridiculous. From what I gathered there was one of them (Yes, Only one of them) that stood against there idiocy, and they chewed him a new bunghole for not following there beliefs. I cant remember his name off hand, but I applauad him for trying to be reasonable.

That was stupid wasn't it. But you're going to get that everywhere. We've had similar mishaps here.

 

AGREED... But it's kind of weird that, that many idiots are drawn to the Titan.

 

I hate tailgaters... I can usually make distance fast if I have room, or just move over. Problem is ya never know where their front end is at 'cause you can't see 'em. I was doin' 70 one afternoon with this Lexus on my butt... some yuppie inna tie. He pulls out to pass on my right... 'got his foot in it. I dropped the loud pedal 'soon as he came even with me. His expression was priceless. This R/T goes 70-100 in 3 seconds. I had about a mile of clear road in front of me... 'n only him alongside. I don't street race (like I used to) but every once in awhile... Whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaoooo (chirp)...
