Trans-Am! My poor buddie at the track has been begging me to port his heads, he has a 1978 model, an 11.5:1 455 bored .030, 4.11 gears 3000 stall converter, it runs an astounding 13.48!I always tell him to forget the junk heads and by some Edelbrocks.
Pontiac guys should get on their knees and thank God for Edelbrock heads.

Fastest regular(not pro-stock) Pontiac I have seen is a 1967 GTO lightened to less than 3000#
and has a stroker big block with Eddy heads. 10.64 @ 130.

Yep, that's it!LOL
I was thinking if I put my aluminum heads on, I'd be running right with him through the mufflers! I guess I would weigh about 3650 with Indy heads eh??
