Today, I beat a Celica ST or GT. Couldn't tell, but he had hubcaps and an unfinished body kit. It was on the freeway though, so I don't know if it really counts. Plus I try not to race on freeways cause of the danger factor, but I take 2 freeways home and one of them is almost always open (unless there is an accident) when I get out of class around 8-pm. I beat him in 4th gear and top gear acceleration. Straight down an open freeway, I hit close to 125 (I have a 140mph Speedo) and see maybe 1 or 2 cars every couple of miles. Everytime he came up on me, I could accelerate away. Once we hit traffic, I slowed down and he started weaving through. He even had the audacity to cut into the carpool lane and flash his underbody neons at me as he passed. I waited for traffic to clear, which didn't take long, and I caught up in 5th in no time at all. I passed him up, he came back up behind me, and I led all the way to the connector to my route home, and I see him in the back, begninning to follow, weaving and such. I see traffic up ahead is pretty dense so I slow it down and stay in the slow lane. I guess he exits, because I can no longer see him. I thought my Neon was as slow as they got.. apparently not.

 

Your Neon can't be slower than mine! lol As slow as we may think, we aren't the slowest out there. They are MANY slower than us.

I actually like the styling of the new celica GT's but they have to put more than Fred Flinstone under the hood, they can't get out of their own way!!
