this one kid i kno owns a civic sohc to the best of my knowledge all he has is intake/exhaust and he wants to race my neon

in my car i have
intake/exhaust
headers
pulley kit
cams
stage 2 racing clutch

this kid talks a lot of trash and i was just wondering what everyone else thought

 

I think that we need to know a bit more about your car. What model and year is it? ATX or MTX?

What year car is this civic? Is it an Si, Ex, LX, or DX? 2 door or 4 door? Any other work that you know of?


If all he has is intake/exhaust, and you've got a manual AND you know how to shift moderately well, then I think that you'd be able to take him.

 

All things equal...and he has what you say he has. And you are a decent driver, then you should win.

 

I agree...but be careful, he might have a sleeper under that hood.

 

ok details on my car 1997 2dr neon on my car i have full exhaust intake cams headers pulley kit stage 2 clutch

his civic just has intake and muffler he doesnt have a sleeper b/c i go to school with him and i kno quite a bit about his car its a ex model 2dr.


im a pretty good driver and my shifts are quite good soo im hoping i beat him, saturday i will find out and let everyone kno

well we decided to race tonite instead and i beat the hell outta him by 3 car lengths soo i was pretty pumped for that
