Well idk about getting beat by a stock focus or not but if they mod them right they can haul *** cause my best friend drives a focus and he sits right with me. He has no turbo or nitrous it is all motor and hauls some a**. Here is a little teaser video of it doing some pulls on the interstate at about 70mph.

who hasnt taken down a focus or two? All i know is I waste enough gas fending off the numerous wanna be focus races around that i have probably had... maybe 5 actual good races.

Compare YOUR top of the line Civic SI vs the top of the line Neon SRT-4. the Civic has what? 197 HP stock. The SRT-4 has got 230 HP stock.
Does the Civic come with a Turbo? Not unless you've got a hairdryer handy.
I've raced many types of Focus's from the automatic 2 door to the 5 speed wagon and I've only lost to one of them. And that was the wagon because he had a turbo while my car is still bone stock. He handed me my ***, but I'm not afraid to admit that. Even IF this topic were closed, it would live on in the streets. The Neon is an impressive little car and can hold its own in its own class.
Don't compare the Neon to something outside of its class. Bring what you've got, and we'll bring what we've got.
