iim with BigE mine has no sunroof either. my freind has the new cobalt ss s/c a bright yellowone at that. i have respect for the car. it is pretty quick, but it is way to Japanese for an American car if you ask me. freeway racing is the best beause that car wil not pull to 160 like an SRT-4 and i make sure he knows it. be prepared if you plan on racing one because if the guy knows how to drive he will be close on your bumper.

srt's all have sunroofs ive never seen one without one
No, they don't.

In 2003 the Sunroof wasn't an option. It wasn't an option in the early 2004's either (those 2004s made in 2003). So if you see an 03 or an early 04 it doesn't have a sunroof.

My friend Rick has an early 04 with no Sunroof
My friend Jonathan has an 03 with no Sunroof
My friend Dan has a late 04 with no Sunroof.

Its an option, not a piece of the SRT trim package. Same thing with the Kicker system. Alot of dealers order them that way though figuring they'd be easier to sell.

Theres only 3 options on an SRT
Kicker
Sunroof
Viper Seats/Airbag Seats

Yup, I had the choice of a red '04 with a sunroof and a silver one without....after hearing stories of the glass popping out at high speed, I went silver.

I had a "moon roof" on my German Ford (the sun doesn't shine much over there) and a T-Top on my '83 Mustang 5.0.......enjoyed the heck out of both of them!!!

Well thats more of a package than an option but your right.

Dusty I've never heard of those stories? Only ones where the sunroof would fail to function properly.

If they listed the ACR as an option I would have found a car with it. But I didn't know about the ACR's until I got my '05! [:@]

plan b. watch shutting her down right after getting into boost, 3 minutes cool down or lunched turbo.
good kill.
Yeah, I got an Apexi TT, so there is no issue there. I have it set at three minutes. He stopped, I didn't btw.... It was one of the best kills I have had yet! Thanx!

It was on the car when I bought it, so I'm sorry to say I have no info to offer. The threads I have read on it seem to be relatively simple....

ACR's are cool, but I don't like the 16" wheels. Just a personal taste thing. The 5 way adj. shocks are awesome, but new wheels and tires is a toss up pricewise. Although as I type I realize that most people replace the wheels and tires anyways..... My bad.

I believe ACR's were only available in very limited quantities in 03, not available at all in '04, and rather plentiful in '05. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong. (like I had to ask!)
