I have tried a bit of everything. That day I was holding 3k and trying to feather the clutch. On the 3rd run I was bouncing like I had hydraulics up front.

I tried 20psi the first time I was at the track with no success. I think my best time was 14.8 or something. I can always try 20-25psi again. Next time I go, I will have my new rims and tires...Falken 225s on Centerline 17x7s. Maybe that will help me catch better. Do you suggest lowering the pressure to 20-25 on those too?

the quickest stage 0 or 1 SRT4s were running very low pressure, like 15-18psi...with the mounts, it should have helped alot with the wheel hop?

15-18....dang. Not sure I want to drop it that low...I might just go get some slicks or drag radials. But I will give it a shot and see what happens.

The mounts have helped wheel hop a lot, I just had that one bad launch. The first time I was at the track, I had some really bad hops.

im not sure how someone can have a reaction time over 1 second but it looks like all of the ppl you raced suck at the light so thats where a lot of the horrible times are coming from

R/T has no effect on the 1/4 mile time. The clock starts after you leave the line.

I'm thinking its bad track prep, cause even the blown cobra only turned a 2.2 60' time, my dakota turns 2.10- 2.13 60' times (on street tires) and thats up here in ND at like 2200' ASL! All i have is intake, cat-back exhaust, and superchips tuner. my 1/4 times are 14.5-14.8's @ 93-95 mph. Like BadStrat said drop your tire pressure down some and go from there!!! GOOD LUCK!!!

I'm just stating what happened that night. The Mustang GT has recieved a lot of crap from everyone at work. His best time I think is 14.6-14.7. It should be 13.8...as should mine! As for the SS, I think he committed suicide...He took the first exit off the track. Didn't see him after the race.
