I race alot of people when im in the mood, and useally its either i smoke there *** so bad is sad, or they kill me, its never a challange, but this night was friday night when i got off work. It was about 10:00 when i left not alot of traffic left on the highway. I was tired and just wanted to get home, i was not even speeding or trying to look badass, didnt even have my underglow on. I got off the highway and was turning, i came to a light and stopped. The car next to me pulled up and started raving up there prelude, all this nice body work done, and basicly a POS ricer. This road we race on is 2 lanes and turns into 1 lane, im in the lane that doesnt end. I like this cuz the winner gets the road. So i dropped to 1st, (btw i got a 2000 Dakota R/T have had it for about month and a 1/2 now, and i keep finding engine work done to it, look at my sig for info on my truck) anyways i drop to 1st and wait for the light. We take off and i here a turbo.. woohoo. I still start pulling away halfway through 2nd im going about 65 in 2nd with rpms about 5k i think, somwhere around that point i moved it into drive and by this time i was about 2 car links ahead. So ofcourse i win the race and slow down i didnt even get to 4th gear. So i slow down to about 55 the speed limit on a 2 way street, he blows past me after a few minutes of driving thinking he was a bad *** probably laughing his head off, but what he didnt know was that my radar was going off right after he past me and 2 secs later a cop pulls out and catches his *** probably going 100 or 110 in a 55. I passed him and did a soft honk, and went home and went to bed.

I love it, i just LOVE it. Thats probably the best story that i will ever have.

 

what heads and cam do you have, and what do you mean by "fuel injection"?

I dont really feel like typing it all up again, i made a thread in 2nd gen dak forum and in the new member forum about my truck. Long story short. I bought the truck from a dealership and im still finding new things on it. All i know is that it has the mods, but i have no idea on brand. There are mopar stickers on the inside. I wish i would have got it stock and i was able to do the mods, but it was the only truck in like a 500 miles, with low mileage and good price. as for the fuel injection, its not a stock fuel injection system, it has been redone.

Not yet, and whats sad is that i live right behind the Texas Motor Speedway. I can walk to it and be there in less then 5 min. Ive taken it on the black top and did some drifts and burnouts in the rain, but i havent been timed or anything like that yet. I kinda want to wait till i get it supercharged or turbcharged.

Im going to time myself before i get charged and then after, and see how much of a diffrence it makes.

 

LoL stupid ricer got busted doing the old ricer fly by. Love it.
U can tell when someone lets off the gas or quits on you while running them....... to do the fly by is just dumb.

you know what else i hate? is when someone lines up against me at a light, and i launch hard, and they dont...so then i got off it, and then they suddenly get into it once ive shifted...

 

Guess they do what ever they can to make them feel like their car is faster or better. Even by looking like fools doing the Ricer Fly by which when they do what they did 2 you is just another version of the "fly by"
