ok..at the track this past friday, there was a new titan, and a new hemi durango. i didnt see them run head to head. the titan did run a 15.58, and the hemi durango ran 15.80s, but im fairly sure the titan is Not full time 4wd, and the urango is..right? i was very impressed with the big durango running that quick.

I caught it, but with all his big talk about the Civics and the 1.8L Vtec, I would bet that he has a POS Civic and wet dreams about a 2JZ Supra (he watched too much F&F and actually believed that all of it is real or even possible)[sm=wakeup.gif][sm=smiley36.gif].

RE: RAM vs. Titan, finally.
Just to update this story. Barry, the guy with the Titan, came by yesterday and we talked about this. He couldn't believe how fast that Ram was. Now you know how it goes, I complimented him and he did the same. He did say he was curious though. Isn't that what killed the cat, or in this case the Titan.
After doing a little more research on the titan, the buggest advantage they have over all the Dodges that have been tested, is a serious weight advantage. When comparing the 4-door models, the Dodge has almost 400 LBS on the titan when comparably equipped.

mopartodd,
Off the Ram vs Titan subject for a minute, have you made any mods to your
exhaust yet? If not, do you know who provided the muffler for 04's? Also, have
you noticed during excelaration, how far down you have to press the pedal before
you get a response from the engine? I have some more questions for you and
71RoadRunner, I observe that you two have given good advice to others on the
forum. Any help is appreciated.

Thanks man, that's pretty nice to hear. I can't say I'm right, but I can say I'm being honest with people.
I have absolutely no idea who makes this muffler for the Ram. I haven't done any significant mods to the truck other than a drop-in K@N filter and removed the stock exhaust resonator.
My truck seems to respond to any movement of the gas pedal. I would say it's ultra-sensitive if anything.
Hope this helps.
