Default Dakota R/T Vs. Charger R/T

I was coming home from subway, ans i saw a charger infront of me, coudn't see the decals, so i got closer and found out it was R/T also saw that it had exhaust, other than that i have no idea if it was stock or what, but i reved up like 2 times he didn't seem like he wanted to race, so i gave up, after i turned my od on and looked away i saw him flying by me, and i coudnt go cuz it was merdging into a single lane 2way road. So i stayed behind him and tryed to get him to follow me to the speedway by my house and go from a dig or a punch, but he took off at a left turn stop sign and i guned it also right behind him, and i turned to my house and it was over...

The car seemed pretty fast, never raced one before. I really wanted to get with him and talk about the car, but i coudnt get ahold of him.

What do chargers run stock?

O and his plates read "GT A HMI" thought it was pretty funny.

anyone know of anyone that has those plates that lives in texas and wants to meet up with me? lol...

thought i would share my exp.

I saw one the other week at the dragstrip run like a 15.6. he was stock and we're at 2200ft but i ran a 15.3 there with a volant cai and superchips in my hemi ram so I think you would probably beat him.

Hmm, 15.6...

I REAALLLLY need to take my truck out to a strip im dying to know my times. But bills are killing me right now.. ive been wanting to get a new TB for the last 2 months lol... but then my tires needed to be replaced... ect ect..

My short term goal for myself is to get my truck a new TB, get it tuned and run it at a 1/4 strip and get some times within 2 months. I really want to know! Maybe i can get my dad to buy me a new TB and MSD Ignition Kit love christmas!

remember, you can lose 5 tenths or so at our elevation so he was actually running low 15's where most you guys run.

The entire LX Hemi lineup (Magnum & Charger R/T, 300C)all run upper 13's to mid 14's stock. The Magnum is the slowest of the group, with the 300C being the fastest.

If someone ran a 15 sec 1/4 mile in a Charger R/T.....they obviously cant drive worth a crap.....or your at a place that the location is changing the times substantially, i.e. elevation and weather...

Yes devils reject, las vegas motor speedway is a very slooooow track. I watched a regular cab srt10 go 15.0 as well. Now it's all grudge racing so the drivers aren't the best but add in bad driver, plus this track and you have some slow times. I can't get traction here to save my life either. Oh yeah, there was a stock Silveraod SS out there that went 16.1 and 16.0 as well.

I have a bonestock R/T , it`s my daily driver , I took it to Sealy to John Hennesee`s Lonestar Raceway in Nov. and ran 14.04 and 99.45mph best that day. Also I drove the car from Alvin to there which was about waaaaaayyyyyy too many miles.
There were SRTs running 12`s there.
