cold air, exhaust and some other stuff was on one. He also had 26" tall DRs. I beat him 15.1 to a 16 flat. his best run was a 14.0 when he put on his stock tires on. The other truck I am not sure what all he did to it. He was about a tenth of a second slower than me. Both trucks are 2wd so I am not sure what thir 1/4 mile ETs are stock. I know my buddy with his Z71 ran a 15.3 stock with the 5.3 and running it in 4wd.

I second that, since when did they turbo a 350Z? The 300Z had a turbocharged version, but the 350Z's are normally aspirated and have not been boosted from the factory. Here it is straight from Nissan themselves on the 350Z's engine:

VQ35DE Engine

287 horsepower. 274 lb-ft of torque. And lots of aluminum. Track models and the 35th Anniversary edition, coming January 2005, will feature increased horsepower for manual transmission models.

o.k let me try this....

was at a red light in a 93 dakota V6-5speed,
and a V8 camaro bout 89-91 model (i guess) pulled up beside me, started revving and
i didn't even look over (my dak had 160,000 miles on the original clutch and everything else)......but they just kept revving....was starting to **** me off so i looked and two guys were in the front and there were two girls in the back ALL OF EM' LAUGHING....well they gave me the usual point and i nodded....i knew they would blow my doors off so i pulled a glock and started sprayin'......nah just kiddin'....... the light turned green and their car bogged and that was the edge i needed.....i left them by at least a 1/8 mile.....they rode my butt for along time then finally got around me and i saw a middle finger out of both windows......

OH WELL........SHOULD'VE GOT A MOPAR

I love bursting their bubbles the most, especially if they're showing off with their friends with them. I did that once in my '99 Neon R/T against a car load like that in a Z26, they started it and I finished it, all they got was the R/T badge on my trunklid to look at.[sm=guilty.gif]
