Default Are we losing interest

Back in February and March, we were all posting a lot about Nascar and the Drivers. Seems like it has calmed a little.

Are we losing interest because our drivers are not near the top ?

Season is to long to keep up with for me. Besides, it's been really nice weather lately for mountain biking, fishing, yard work, working on the hot rod, etc.

I'm more interested in seeing the next Star Wars movie than the next cup race to be honest.

I think once the final "race" for the championship starts under the new scoring system, interest will perk up again. August is a notoriously "slow" month for a lot of things, one of the reasons they hold the Olympics at this time is they know they will get a larger audience. Many countries in Europe virtually "shut down" in August, especially France.

Well guys on the loosing interest side, no would be the word I use. This is the first year I really got into watching the races. I have not missed a race. Left the Sierras early just to watch a couple of weeks ago. I have become a big fan, and love to sit down for the races. If anything going to the Savemart race at Infineon made me an even bigger fan. So I will not be losing interest anytime soon. To bad the season will be over soon, but there is always next year. Oh yeah, Go Kasey...
