Very disappointed in my 2014 longhorn limited 4x4 Eco crew cab 6.4 box air ride
been in shop more than on road 20000 mile on it been there for the last 30 days again
I replaced tires at 15000 miles
Power distribution box changed twice
Box was crooked on frame
But the worst is the vibration
Dealer is sure it's drive shaft angle and dodge trch is stumped
And I'm stuck in middle
Worst vehicle experience ever
They have no time limit as to what is an dead line maybe 2 years
That's customer service answer !!!!
What can I do ??

 

That sucks man. I have about 2000 miles on my new truck, at 1500 miles my computer went hay wire and they replaced it. But other than that I am really loving my truck. Continuosly hitting 30MPG, give or take one and thats with 75%highway.

 

Yes mine also it went thru 2 power distribution boxes all kind of crazy codes flashing coundnt turn it off or put in park towed in twice for that there goes 3 more weeks in shop
If your stranded you can un snap box and wiggle 3 large plugs under on bottom of it and if you get it to run Donny touch till you get where your going mine almost made it 2 more hours

 

Does any one have any ideas the truck has 2 piece rear drive shaft and cv front drive shafts has shaken from brand new
They have tried wheels and drive shaft off other new truck and cheated ride height checked run outs ect I looked at how loose cv joints are in front diff very loose but same as similar trucks

 

We have 2700miles on our 2015 with no issues at all. I just dropped in a K&N filter, so I'll see if there is any change in mileage.

My 2015 ecodiesel is in the shop again, this time though its for the rear drive shaft recall. Dealer don't have any parts and won't let me leave with truck because the bearings got warped. Maybe your issue as well.

Anybody have trans shudder when in 7th or 8th? When shifted to 5th, no problem

 

No shutters for me. My truck as been in the shop for a couple weeks. It needs a T-case. Truck sounds like it is falling apart in 2wd. As soon as you put it in 4Auto or 4High the sound goes away, but the truck bangs when you try to drive from a dead stop. FCA sucks when it comes to getting parts to customers.

 

Doesn't look llike I am going to buy that Brand New EcoDiesel next week like I planned.

I guess I will settle for the 2500 w/Cummins.

I am kinda saddened by this. I was looking forward to it.
