Ramcharger, Trailduster & Power Wagon Grrrr!! Tough Trucks! The Dodge Ramcharger and Plymouth Trailduster were full size SUV's that had good looks and brute strength. The Dodge Power Wagon was comparable to them in toughness, but came in pickup truck form only.

Default 88 rc no start

I have a 88 ramcharger with a 318 tbi. And when I bought it it didn't run I was told it lost spark. I replaced the coil and nothing. It sounded as if it had jumped timing and wasn't firing corecctly. It will turn over caught spit and the n spit gas out of the throttle body.? Its not the timing chain I have it all tore apart now and it was fine. Any ideas?

Look at the bulkhead/firewall, You should see a ballast resisitor. That will also cause your no spark. And also check the fuseable links too.
