78 Ramcharger won't start need help
Ah, that's a full time four wheel drive t-case. (NP203?) You always have power going to all four wheels. In "Hi", and "Lo", the transfer case allows differentiation, so, you can use them on any surface. "Lo" is low range. Max speed of about 30mph, and it will sound like your engine wants to blow up.
"Loc" means front and rear are locked together, no differentiation there at all, so, use ONLY on low traction surfaces.

I don't think they are reproduced so you either need to find something else that will work or fix the one you have.
