Time for some updates....Nothing too sexy, but what the hell...might as well post some boring pictures for posterity.

Rebuilt/Cleaned the ABS and Proportioning valve and ran all new brake lines (except to master cylinder...will wait to drop motor)

 

 

New front rotors, brakes, calipers, hoses, inner and outer wheel bearings

 

And rebuilt transmission....I put in a high performance kit for the A500...new sprags, kolene steels, reds clutches, transgo shift kit...rebuilt the valve body. Currently painting as you see it on my cart. Not bad for rattle can engine paint.

Running new fuel lines, blasting and painting misc parts like battery tray, carbon canister mount, tranny support, etc. Also installed all new poly body bushings...these are really nice. I ended up with an additional set from another kit if anyone's interested in buying a set cheaper than retail.

 

Put some new shoes on her....Pacer Daytona's. I went with the larger tire that fits 235/75 but I'm not sure I like the look. I got a great deal on the rims (brand new), so It'll have to do for now...Once the fenders are surrounding it, maybe they won't look so plump

 

Getting close....Hoping to drop this in tomorrow!!!!

 

All the Pontiac blue is gone from the tranny. You are going to be a very happy camper I think.
