Default Rollpan and hitch

I tried searching and couldn't really find my answer. My bumpers are the last two things i need to make my truck body rust free. I've been looking at bumpers and I noticed the rollpans are significantly cheaper. If I got one of those, would it interfere with my hitch?

even if it wouldn't interfere I would not run a roll pan with a hitch
seen one too many people miss tongue and bounce it off of the rear
bumper

Isn't a rear bumper required by law?

Theres plenty of people who run roll-pans here. Granted im sure the local law enforcement would have fun with that since I have a 5" lift as well. But figured id just see.

They have those antenna looking things also with ***** on the top and magnets on the bottom. You put one in front of the ball hitch and the other one on top of the receiver then line them up.
