Finally after many years of truck wander I had the rock solid kit installed after new track bar did nothing to improve it. Thought I would try this first instead of going the Redhead Steering Gear route. Steering has improved 100%. Wandering is gone.

Installed the Redhead gear, got it bled and took it for a spin. No difference. Still won't return to center, still wanders, still has play, still, still. There is no hope anymore as I have done it all.

Also put on a new Spicer rear ujoint hoping that took care of the vibration. nope. Pretty much a full day of work with zero results.

There is no hope anymore as I have done it all: Thuren track bar, HD steering, alignment with 0 toe and 4+ caster, steering box brace, and now Redhead.

Also put on a new Spicer rear ujoint hoping that took care of the vibration. nope. Pretty much a full day of work with zero results.

Rotate your tires. See if anything changes.

heater core job.

Just in time for autumn to get chilly. Of course, my vent and floor vents don't work. A job for another day.
