2005 4.7 no start,sounded like it was firing on 1 cyl,pulled all the plugs, they all looked fouled,electrodes half melted off. I replaced them all,car starts but misfiring,pulled plugs again,the front 2 plugs and the back 2 plugs looked great. The center 4, 3,4,5,6 are sooty and wet. I have spark outside the motor on all 8 plugs,help

Valve cover leak? Sounds like oil is getting in the spark plug holes or, you are running too rich. But, most likely there's oil getting in the spark plug holes. Check the spark relay. There might be too much current going to the spark plugs to cause the melting or the oil is detonating in the spark plug holes, thus electrodes half melted off.
