99 Dakota rt wont shift 1-2 with more than light throttle.
It has 107,000 miles on it At more than 1/4 throttle it wont shift 1-2 occasionally wont shift at all unless thrown into neutral then back into drive. I've had a transmission flush done screen replaced aswell, I've replaced the pressure governor cel light was triggered by it. Shifts smoothly when it does and in every other gear

Ive heard its best to replace em all when your servicing the other sensors there
.Even some kits put all the sensors in them like in 1st pic .
I replaced broken spring in mine along with another overdrive .I cleaned up the speed sensor of the fine metal particles while under there too.

At this point im debating If replacing the rest of sensors are worth it, or just replacing the transmission and being done with it. Local transmission shop that did the flush said there was possible internal damage and excessive debris in pan. I've put to much money into this truck to justify giving up on it.

Those effect when it shifts for sure.Try some used ones to see if it stops .Band adjust too.
Jerks at tranny ahop said id need a rebuld.. BS i put another overdrive in an replaced that broken spring an changed shift sensors..going on over 3000 miles now.
What debris was in the pan?
