1983 D250 trying to get running again.

Where do I begin.... I impulse bought an '83 D250 to restore. So I'm currently trying to find a coolant reservoir tank, does anyone know where I could find one?

Probably not going to find an original. Check Summit Racing, or Jegs, they have bottles you can retrofit to your truck.

That's your windshield washer tank.
If that plastic is not too brittle, there are a ton of videos/tools/methods for simple plastic repair to get you by until you settle on a permanent fix.
