After 270k miles my 5.7 hemi bit the dust because of a blown radiator hose. I have decided to put a new engine in it but I wanted to prevent the hemi tick I was wondering if a higher end oil pump would help and if so do y'all have recommendations on which one. Also if you have any other tips for parts I should replace that would be much appreciated as I am trying to bullet proof this engine. Thank yall.

 

Installing a new one? Or used? MDS or no?
