HI,

The relay OR special will bypass error on dashboard and your DRL will still light up. Thanks!

The DRL module will then use the HID light though. Is your HID light designed to run at the constant lower voltage DRLs run at for extended lengths of time? I hear that this does cause issues with other aftermarket HID systems.
Thanks!

Hi,

Most of the time extended time meaning it's around 2-3 hrs and that shouldn't have a problem, but if you are driving longer than 3 hrs please understand that HID's are in higher temperature so make sure your headlight housing is meant for high temp bulbs. Thanks!

HI,

I emailed that 9007 bi-xenon will not work with your car, and please respond if you want to downgrade to 9007 hi/lo, sorry but 9007 dual beam wiring for some reason won't work with dodge wirings. Thanks!

Hi HID Extra
I want HID lights for my truck I already bought some a week ago but they don't work correctly (lamp out light was on) and had sent them back to get my money back so now you get to put up with me now.
I have a 2004 dodge Ram 3500 with fog lights I was looking at your site. I'm confused on what kits fit my truck you have a SLIM Automobile HID Conversion Kit in 9007 and 9006 witch those are $90 each and then 9006-8000K HID Kit Automobile Xenon HID Conversion Kit
in 9006 and 9007 for $75. witch kit will fit my truck I so i wont have a problems with the lamp out light being on?
thanks Tommy Pizzo

Im having a problem with my lights:
Sometimes the work perfect turn on and off, but then sometimes they wanna be a pain in the A and not work at all.. and for me to get them to work, i have to get under my truck and unplug the lights from the plugandplay thing, and then plug it back in and the light comes on.. i have to do this for both lights also.
I also have the Highbeams disabled currently because someone over techsupport said that could be draining power.

What can i do? and if i need a relay, how would i install it. THanks

HI,

When you ordered, did you give us your YR MAKE MODEL to get a special capacitor?? If not you will need to purchase a special capacitor per thread posting for most DODGE cars. Otherwise IF you did, please call my tech @ 860-821-8212 to help you with.
Please call and our tech between (10:30am - 5pm Mon-Fri) and he will be better in assisting you in resolving the issue. Thanks!
